Chopped the bulkhead down and done some carpeting. Used aluminium composite board to cut infill panels, easy to cut with a dremel or a knife and bends slightly to take the shape of the panel

Decided to put a floor in the back of the maxi. Had a sheet of 18mm ply going spare (was already cut in quarters) so fired up the CNC router. It's definitely overkill but wasn't going to let it go to waste.Image

@ pman1984 that looks spot on, nice touch with a cnc router, always thought it would be good with that wagon ply phenolic coated sheet in the back of the van

I fitted a dark side lowering kit on the rear. Really pleased as I haven’t ever tried anything like this in the past so happy to have completed it. I had the local garage do the front springs / top mounts as he only charged £60. Now need to get the tracking checked.

Loving my new caddy, today I gave it some TLC by giving it a full detail, took out the seats to clean the fabric and the entire interior and, sorted out the loading area of all the rubbish and dirt. Very proud of my work today :D Super clean!!!

Have you got a link for this mate?
