Caddy bls engine swap

Hi all, looking for some advice.
Im in the middle of an engine swap on my 2010 caddy maxi. The original engine is a bls, i have a touran that had a bls but with a 6 spd, and the highline cluster.
As I understand I have 2 options
1) keep caddy ecu and get immo matched from touran cluster. To upgrade to highline clocks, but I will not have cruise in 6th as the ecu won't accept the 2 instead of the 1 on the coding.
2) use touran clocks and ecu. With caddy key blade. But this may give me issue with emmision controls as the touran had a dpf differential pressure sensor. And also may mess the abs up ?
Looking for advice on which way to swing.
Thanks in advance!
Andy
