Hey lads
Okay so just put 19 inch Clubsports on …have a small nock noise now only at low speeds/ moving out drive etc ….lowered to about a 3 finger wheel arch gap ….
Would there be a chance of it been a drop link ? I’ve looked all around no movement in suspension and can’t see any contact point anywhere with sway bar & drive shaft or arms ?
No play in drop links …any ideas ?
Cheers

Re: Droplinks
You can remove one drop link and go for a drive. If knocking goes away then it's likely to be drop links or drop link bushings.

Re: Droplinks
You don't mention if it's lowered, if its not lowered (doubtful on a 3 finger gap on 19's) and you haven't touched the drop links it's likely somthing else.

Re: Droplinks
I had similar problems with the van making clunking noises coming from the front replaced droplinks and still had a problems next was the bottom wishbones which on removal definitely needed replacing as the rear bush had totally disintegrated and still had a clunking noise I ended up replacing the bottom engine mount and also anti roll bushings once all put back together everything was fine
