Caddy Needs Work

Post by griffdm »

Hi all,

New to the forum and just purchased a tired and worn out 13 plate Caddy 1.6TDi. I'll be picking it up next week once i've changed an injector so I don't have to drive it home in limp mode.

Will post some pictures once it's home and let you know how the MOT goes.

Griff.

Awesome
Fingers crossed for your MOT
Sounds like you knew about the injector upfront, least u knew n could replace it
Would have been worse on your maiden voyage home n it goes into limp mode

BTW welcome to the forum

Thanks, just noticed that the spring has snapped on the passenger front. And the rear shocks are in a (excuse the pun) shocking state. So a bit to do for the MOT.
