2011 Pure Grey

Post by Irish-si »

1.6tdi poverty spec,

A slow work in progress as it’s a daily work van.

Added a set of mk6 golf wheels , solid bulkhead, rear window protectors, Team Heko wind deflectors, multi function steering wheel, auto lights, W8 interior light and dynamic side repeaters so far

It has cruise control from the factory , I have complete set of electric windows from a 2012 caddy , touran seat bases for when I find the right seats , highline clocks to be fitted, front fogs and highline BCM, vibe slick 6 component speakers and apple carplay head unit on the way, rear camera to replace the rear wiper,

It’s due a timing belt soon and then I’ll release a few more ponies from the dead as a dodo 75 bhp engine

Leather touran seats and bases fitted, rear lights coded, and thanks to the Teleporter driver in work a hole in the back left hand door, I’ve upgraded the BCM to 086 and the van is coded for alarm which I have loom and siren , and also front fogs are wired and coded for cornering just need to pass both looms in to engine bay and connect lights and siren

Seeing as this is a working van and on site 5 days a week it’s ballache trying to get lengths of pipe around so roof rails were always on the cards , a set came up for sale fairly local so I had those and fitted today , I’ll fit the crossbars as soon as I have them

The touran seats are heated so I sourced the correct switch panel and will get tommyzoom to make me the loom for heat and occupancy going forward, there’s a bit of messing around with the switch panel for the hot and cold and directional air flow and as can be seen the back panel has to be swapped
