Thank u for the explanation and pics !
That gave me some good ideas for when i get that far with the build.

Talking about inspection,,,, What about your suspension setup ? Did you go the "Air suspension" route or how did you work your way around the weight of the build ?
I bought an lowering kit for mine, but i´ve already lifted it almost all the way again, and i havent even mounted any of the equipment yet, only the enclosure.... :/

Btw, very jealous of the birch wood you are using. You must be a secret millionare with the current birchwood prices :D
Feel free to copy anything you here :D this kind of information feels so hard to come by nowadays because everything is just facebook posts or private groups.
About inspection, i have done a modification inspection where the weight of the van was increased to 1950kg. Last time was done with almost stock suspension setup, rear has an additional leaf spring that is used on taxis, but it isn't nearly enough with this one.
I got some BC Racing coilovers that i've just recently installed, well just the front but i'm doing the back in a week. I'm planning to put some heavy duty leaf springs but most likely I have to go the custom route with them.

Birch prices are quite low here in finland, just talked with the guy who is supplying those lithium batteries from Norway. He sends birch to norway because it is literally just 1/3 of the price in here and they send him the battery modules as exchange.

Hmm, I got some favourites; Stereo love, but that is with the bass turned low, Suicideboys - For the last time, Kevin Gates - Paper chasers and then for some rebassed action: Maximum Bass - Drop top (25hz) and Got160's version of Madonna - Hung Up (18-29hz). 18hz is pretty much the lowest this thing will go and it is always breaking my doors, but i still love that wind

Caddy is now back in action and has done 2 shows already this summer. There is some problems with the amplifiers so i only get 1500w (per amp) out of them before they drop into protection mode. I'm running them on 0,5 ohms but it seems like they can't handle that in this enclosure. Im putting some applications for invite only shows: Power truck and HTS, hopefully they like it as much as in here :D

A lot was done in last months: Door pods were painted and installed, amp racks were redone, some LEDs were installed, new wheels, front lowered, new front port for the enclosure and lots of smaller things i just don't remember. Now im fixing some damages and installing rest of the batteries.

Doors: Painted with glossy black, then mixed the clear coat with some purple flakes. I think they turned out great for a first time flake painting.

Then spend like a week trying to make the wiring look good, some parts will be redone when i get the full battery pack.

Here's some pics from the shows and with the new wheels, they are 2-piece Artec wheels, 17x9 et -47, i'm running them with a 5mm spacers. 225/45r17

Hello again! And thanks for the comments :D

Summer is now over so now it’s time to fix everything that broke

Right side door is properly f*cked :D Most likely have to replace the whole door and paint it.

Broke total of 3 subs, 2 of them are already reconed and last 1 only has a broken surround so maybe I’ll try to fix that.

Went to the final round on Propperdroppers, my score was 160,9 db with ''only'' 7 subs.

40hz=160,06 33hz=160,18 25hz=161,62 and 20hz=161,01. Still decent but i'm just thinking what if I had all 8 of them...

HTS 2025 was a blast, went there with a another crazy caddy from finland!
We were invited to AIGroups department, those guys sure know how to party :D
