Hi mate,
I've wired up all the relevant cables.And at first the camera worked perfectly with the engine off, but when started the screen was blank so I bought a 12v resistor online which is supposed to counteract the voltage. I fitted the resistor as it says.
IN red cable to reverse bulb and black to earth
OUT red to red on camera and black to black on camera. The camera now works when engine is running but there's still horizontal lines on the screen. Don't get me wrong there not really bad but it would be better if they wasn't there

@Barrington. Are you using a relay to trigger your camera.? This is the set up I’m using. It was only with the help of forum member r1lea that I did this, but it will work.

Pin 28 on the BCM is for the reverse light feed. You’ll need a splitter to allow you to use it. Stan-the-man made mine. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Many thanks I did pick up a relay but then I was told about these resistors instead. I'll look into trying it with the relay. Not like I don't have the time ATM

Removed the solid black rear window covers to clean off 4 years of dust, and to clean the windows......the difference is incredible lol.

Just a clean and polish today, then checked weather, raining all next week

Gave the engine bay a bit of a wash

@Mattyh606 that was the first thing I did was take that off lol, then needed to get the old slamlock flushed and a dent fixed so ended up flushing the badge and wiper hole at same time, really happy how it turned out

Painted my calipers today and after searching for a while to find a good condition set of new wheels (new to me), bit better than the corroded ones that were on.
Before and after, will black the tyres up when I give it a swill

Fitted my new head unit.
