The xenons themselves were easy, the whole headlight build was a massive pain, one problem I did have was I got square projectors and the plate they give you that lets you use a "h1" xenon bulb in a h4 reflector has a cut out which isn't centre in the caddy headlights,
so I tried to grind it off and went through it accidentally so it wouldn't tighten properly, luckily enough I managed to break the tiny welds on my original h4 bulb and remove the bit that sits inside the cutouts, amazingly it worked, needed help with the wiring from @r1lea, pretty simple when you know how.
Overall they were not too bad, it was all the extra bits I put in which were a f***ing nightmare lol

Fitted the new air vent inserts to take the Audi TT / A3 Air vents. Going to paint them gloss black nice little touch.

They look awesome. Where did you get the other bits from including the VW sign.

Made it, brought some plexiglass cut it out the same size as reflector, brought some curved masking tape and a VW badge sticker painted the plexiglass black then peeled the tape and badge off, had a few spare spotlights from when I did the headliner, stuck that in the reflector and glued the plexiglass over the top

Just one more thing if you don't mind did all the wires from the rope lights all connect into the headlight wires

Na mate, i plan to do a similar thing with my foglights at some point which will then all go to the headlight switch, atm they are just on a ignition live from the fuse box next to battery, just on a piggyback fuse that comes on with ignition and off when you switch off.
So all the rope lights and angel eyes are separate from headlights at the moment, always on with ignition. Will do it properly soon when Iv got some motivation back lol

[mention]gazza31112 [/mention] cheers for the info mate, the ones I was looking at was pre built ones but they’re all the exact same design and they don’t look to great. I’ll have to look in to some kits at some point and see what I can come up with

Fitted powerflex leaf spring bushes and arb bushes and a maxi arb the otherday,
And new Koni rear shocks today.(there is axel stands each side on the jacking points,the jack was to load the axel to tighten it all up)
