@the swan fiend, here is the official vw guide for removing and installing the a-pillar trim. Propably not a great deal of help, but thought I`d share it

Ps. The first pic should be the last pic and vice versa, don`t know what happened when I shared them

Fitted some error free led number plate lights. Was a pain in the arse getting them to work properly but got there in the end. Can see whilst reversing now

Fitted my side skirts that have been collecting dust for months this morning and fitted some oe style headlights I built

New alloys and mot end of the month and I’ll start doing the little bits on the inside that I want to do!
