Fitted the door open lamps since the Touran looms had the plugs, door cards originally had reflectors

Well it started out with I'm just gonna touch the arches up and then... it got a bit out of control.

Still the damage to the bumper has gone and the rust to the wing is sorted. It's a pitty the wing reacted and i got over heavy with the wet coat on the bumper but nothing sandpaper and scotch brite can't cure.

Alarm set for 6.15 for round 2. The Mrs will love it on her day off 3ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Yeah occasionally. We've done a deal today i get up early crack on with the can then time with her later this afternoon and this evening. She's not bad really. She even helped carpet the interior and plastic weld the bumper.

Picked it up Sunday... booked in the rear ply, insulate and carpet etc plus fitting a rock and roll bed  Then, I went and got some alloys, pressed plates and I've bought some Touran front carpets.

Does anyone know if there are any mats which fit the Touran carpets when they're in the Caddy? It looks like a lot of Caddy ones (including OEM) catch on the accelerator and that'd peeve me!

@Lamby00 That looks good mate, hopefully getting the same done to mine in the coming months. Did you get the grills sprayed black or is that the black plastic?

Cheers guys.
The two bottom grills on the left and right hand side pop out. From my understanding the centre grill is fixed - i could be wrong.
Bumper was sprayed white then centre grill sprayed in gloss black

Fitted eBay special 2.00mm powder coated steel sump plate this afternoon. Spot on for £75.00 delivered. Definately sounds less noisey, and peace of mind from a protection point of view :D

Dropped the shelf and headliner to soundproof the cab roof today. Tomorrow I’m going to wire in my dash cam then put it all back. Getting it out was a bit fiddly.

That’s next on my list swan, The shelf itself looks straight forward but how was dropping the cab headliner? Look forward to seeing progress
