Also, sometimes I pull up in the van turn it off, muck around for five mins, remove keys step out walk away ......... It won't work won't lock nothing, I have to open door insert key turn ignition without starting, back out shut door it works ............

try a new battery mine wouldnt lock but opened fine. new battery sorted it
