New Caddy...Low mileage or low age??

I think low age. When the age is low, the mileage is generally low.

I've found 2016s with 30k but 2019s with 80k+ in the same price ranges, that's the sort of ball park I'm trying to decide which is better

1.6 16v and 2.0 8v old engines are bulletproof but for this days super slow. They use LPG around 11 liter per 100 km. It's cheap, around 5l of diesel per 100km.
None modern diesel use 5l in cities.
Gearbox is short geared so It moves normal in cities and soroudings but motorway is noisy.

I've read a fair bit about avoiding 1.6 due to the issues they've had?

Personally went for 2018 with 85k, and with fsh showing belts done. Was always told condition over mileage

Also if it’s fairly new with high miles it’s usually been motorway miles

This is the logic I've been toying with. Age will result in inevitable corrosion in body work
