Hopefully you'll never need to claim from flux, from my own experiences (detailed in the insurance thread) and hundreds of reports online I wouldn't touch them again even if they were free.

I noticed the Vanstyle website states they may throw up a bulb out error (but not always?).... Did you have any issues?

Swore at it, then fixed fixed a sticking / none opening passengers side door handle and then planned out my load space for carrying bikes.

That drawer bed system is ace.

I fitted some new speakers. Turns out I bought the wrong ones so the looms and tweeters are going back and replacements being sent out.

Fitted some Heko wind deflectors too.

Fitted new 18 inch wheels with 2251840

It really needs cleaning.

Very close to ordering more stuff from Vanstyle though.

Took off the "Cross Caddy" stickers a long time ago as they were silver and didn't like them. Found more subtle metallic grey version.

Took photo opportunity in rare moment that car was clean.

What did you do to your van today?

Post by D_EDD »

I’m blown away with the skills and talent that has created some of the vans on here, I signed up for some technical information, and due to having restricted access I’ve been going through your build threads. (not a dig, I’ve enjoyed it)
Being here could cripple my bank account, luckily my van is a work dog, so unlikely to be garnished with leather rs seats and a v6.
The most my caddy will get is a tap with the lowering stick and some refurbed wheels.
I did build some draws for my work stuff in lockdown so I might post that up for people to chuckle at.
Cheers
