Fuel filter change today as I'd forgotten to order one with the oil service parts not long ago.

So, thought it was high time I got the rear brakes replaced, this afternoon, fitted some EBC discs just gone for standard replacement, with some brembo pads, for now, will upgrade the brakes at a latter point,
Think they were well past there primeImageImageImageImage

What did you do to your van today?

Today was tint day

Light smoke on the headlights and badge. Probably could have gone darker on the badge but didn’t want to interfere with the radar

Quarters limo tinted and rear reflectors and 3rd brake light in dark tint
Was hoping to get the rear lights done but the lip on the mk4 apparently causes the tint to lift after a while

And a cheeky limo tint sun strip for good measure

Number 1 and counting.

Had the Caddy 3 weeks now and was away for a week and now finally got round to sorting out Carly moving it from my Beemer to the all vehicles subscription. Used it to check the data and ensure the seller didn't pull any fast ones. All good.

Removed the Bulkhead after some reworking of the load deck floor to provide access to the mounting bolts at the bottom. Whoever fitted the floor butted it up against the floor stop behind the seats. Of course to remove that I had to remove the ply side panels and rear doors plastic trim. Been a busy day.

Ordered and new floor from Vanax and insulations materials from Kirivans. Considerations for some nicer wheels and suspension in due course. Might have to consider selling my other assets/money pits! MX5 spent way too much on it considering it was knackered and bought it as a do-oer upper to fix and flog during the winter 3 years ago and maybe one of my moto bikes...... decisions, decisions.

Clean the injector seat. There are cheap seat cleaning tools on eBay.

Julien of Facebook, just down to personal opinion and a few others noticed the colour so I’ve sent it back, I know greens a hard colour to match think I’ll get it live colour matched rather then buy it already painted!

Hey Ste,

Did you tint the quarters yourself or have someone do this for you?

I’m planning on doing mine and doing it myself as it’s a small enough area to hopefully not mess up!

Did the a piller trims come off to tint the quarters?

Thanks Simon.
