@barrington, thanks, I wish I had a CNC! It is something I want to get when we finally get to move house.
Lots of measuring and drawing then used an oscillating multi tool, Dremel and jigsaw.

Need to get the headlining down to put in the rivnuts and finish the wiring. Plus need to get some paint somehow.
While the headlining is down, I’ll dye it. Good job we are in lockdown

That’s going to look great Papa Bear, looking forward to seeing it done.

I made a start on my brake calipers today. I’ve got both fronts off, have haven one side 3 coats and the other side 1 as I type. I think they’re going to look ok when I’ve finished. I’m aiming to get the fronts back on tonight, and start the rear two tomorrow.

I’ve painted both front calipers and I’ve fitted the offside. I’ll fit the near side tomorrow as it’s not quite dry yet. Then start the rears.
I’m happy with the results so far. I’ve painted the spring/clip black for contrast. That’ll go on tomorrow too.
