2016 Black Caddy Trendline

Purchased in October 2020 standard van:

The set about buying some parts to make it my own.

Coilovers fitted, roof bars & splitter

Wheels then fitted as well as painted ready bumper, colour coded side mouldings, spoiler, side rail cover.

Then decided to sound deaden due to road noise wkth removed bulkhead

I then set about carpeting & got some corsa vxr seats they did require a good clean before fitting as did the touran carpets

Then final job as the splitter came off at 70mph was to fit another splitter but this time bolted now self tappers & then decided to paint the badges and grille inserts while I had the bumper off.

On going project, wanted to add aircon & maybe a rear seat conversion.

What is the Stance+ suspension like on handling and comfort?

Thanks mate,

Stance+ isn’t too bad actually, I don’t think personally rides ok but if you hit a lump in the road is quite crashy but general running about is good I think for the cost of them

Very good. Have you standard or adjustable drop links?

I tried adjustable and didn’t get on with them. So went for standards and work perfectly as I’m not stupidly low.

how much difference in road noise did you notice when you added sound insulation and then carpets on top of that?

The transformation of noise from having no sound deadening to have it all including the carpet is night and day difference you can now hear yourself think

That’s a good looking van .

Are the coilovers wound right down ?
Are you still on standard drop links front & rear ?
