They look very good. Think about fitting one just for the storage in the sliding door.

Toffee delights
brooneye won’t be long mate, with my current usage I’d say I’ll be starting at the end of January. I’m looking forward to it, as I haven’t been tinkering much lately.
rabidron Thankyou, I’m really pleased with how it’s coming together.

Toffee delights
The final parts for doing my EA888 Gen 3 (CJX Golf R) engine conversion arrived today . I’ve been collecting parts since I first started doing the engine in my white van in 2017. To say I’m excited to start is an understatement. 2 more weeks at work and then I’m off for a couple, but I won’t be rushing it (aiming for April completion).
Original Petrol Caddy fuel tank and new fuel lines, new bolts/nuts for just about everywhere, MK4 aircon pipes and of course the fuel flap label.
Upgraded S3 intercooler (with 70mm inlet/outlet), RTS twin plate clutch, Littco L380X turbo (supplied by Twinsport ), GFB DVX diverter/blow off valve, Creations Motorsport charge pipe kit, Darkside Developments intercooler pipes and the absolutely stunning APR open Carbon intake filter and Carbon intake pipe.
I’ve never been into induction kits or aftermarket filters and was always going for the full OE look, but when I saw that filter I had to have a rethink. Plus Doc absolutely knocked the ball out the park for the ultimate OE look.

Re: Toffee delights
Thanks lads I’m looking forward to it myself, I’m in no rush though. Got the use of my old lads old MGTF so I can buy a wig and ponce around in that for a while.
Yeah fingers crossed for a meet this year would definitely like to get back down Caffine and Machine again, or perhaps a Dubunit 2.0 coffee day (not that I like coffee)?
