Thought I would post the current progress with the conversion of my 65 plate ex BG van.
Ply cut and fitted, sound deadening fitted along with thermal insulation, just started wiring up the CBE sockets for the LED lighting.

That looks good actually. Mine is already ply lined but there’s nothing behind it. I did think about some thin sheets of celotex but the thickness is too much. Might do the same thing as you and just put the ply back over the top.

That's looking good. Just put a deposit on a 33k mile 65 plate BG Caddy Maxi. Quite a few mods planned, great to get some inspiration.
