Adjustable. Here in Germany it states that they need to be reduced in length otherwise they don’t pass TÜV inspection.
Im pretty sure that standards will rub anyway

Do I
A. pay £850 for standard reconditioned turbo oil n filter swap n labour
Or
B. Do pay £400 for upgraded turbo. And labour to have dpf n erg removed and remap I think maybe £1000 total.
That's a good turbo, it did well.
I'd go with a refurbished/remanufactured replacement if you can find one, I don't see much point putting new turbo on a 200k mile ish engine.
Adding a hybrid at that kinda mileage will only cost you more in the long run. Most likely causing clutch/flywheel problems but maybe even engine problems.

Got my Caddy back on the road thank f###
Gearbox all working, mechatronic box flushed and filled, fixed issues. Drives better than before it blew.
Now to strip the old gearbox just to find out what went wring. Maybe make it into a coffee table
Gave it a well needed but quick wash. Needs a machine polish really and some love. Also had the Mrs nail varnish on the engine cover just waiting on mounting pegs to fit.
